It was a two-part purchase. Part hands down the purchase delivered promptly and was obtained. Part 2, (720606 creative labs - sound blaster audigy2 platinum pci card sb0240p), was backordered. Please also observe that after I bought this product on 11/22, the internet shop mentioned it had been in-stock. Since I really could no further watch for the component, this backordered part was terminated by me about the day of 12/06 via telephone having a client consultant with Cruxworks. I subsequently visited a store and bought them. After I came home exactly the same client repetition with Cruxworks named me and explained she was sorry however the purchase had delivered. I informed her that I'd simply bought them and he or she must have explained this after I named to stop the purchase. Later exactly the same evening I received email declaring them had delivered and that I quickly responded saying the purchase was terminated that same day and also the cargo could be refused. Since it seems the cargo and purchase termination ‘just happened’ to happen in the same period. They got them back but declined to pay shipping.
