I requested a CD for Grant Proposals, I recevied cd and then charged extra fee of $59.95

I requested the CD for writing proposals for grants, and I paid the the requested amount of $1.98, which had to be paid by credit card only.

I received the CD, but was charged an additional $59.95, that I was not aware of in the presentation on-line.

I would not have requested the CD, if I had known about the additional charge.
