Unauthorized charges

I have recently requested (1/15/09) a CD information disk on grants what ire ad on this site was that i was only going to be charged for shipping and handling (2.95) for the CD which i have not received nothing as of yet only to find out that my bank account was charged the sum of 68.13 on the site i requested the CD there was no indication what so ever that there was going to an additional charge to my banking account to me this is deceitful and not right so i request the i get a refund of said charge of 68.13 as soon as possible as of on now or soon i will be making a complaint to the national better business burro as well as other places for all that has been caught in in this trap/loop i would sugest doing the same or making complaint to the people as for me i'm taking action
