Unauthorized and fraudulent charge to credit card account

We have been charged three times on our credit card account for unathorized charges - 2 in the nae of GSA - SBA Express for $7.95 each. Today another charge appeared for $9.95 to Networkagenda.com. When we look this up on the internet, we read that these are related entities and that they are already reported for fraudulent charges. Now we are seeking to have the amounts credited back and assure that there are no future charges.
Apparently this is some kin of time in to information requested for grant seekers. We ordered andpaid for a CD Instruction kit for obtaining government grants. This was paid for separtely at $39.99. When this purchase was made there was no info about these additional services and charges. Theywere not requested and nerver authorized.
