Rip-off they suck they want money that is not even owed

I was with nextel for a year and about two months. I signed the contract and stuck with it for the year faithfully. Paying more than $100 a month for a $79.99 plan. They rippied me off. But this is not the half.

Every month I had to call nextel about my bill. They would add on all these other charges and have to give me a credit. When my year was over they told me that i was not going to be able to get my $200 deposit back. It took them about 3 months and me calling them everyday for them to finally give it back. When i used to call them about it they were very rude. Different people would tell me different things about the same situation.

Around December a week into my billing cycle i wanted to turn my service off because it was already well after the year about 14 to 15 months and they were already charging me too much. I spoke to someone and they told alright but it wont be posted as turned off until the next billing cycle. I said fine as long as i wasn't getting charged for something that i was not using. It was a week into that cycle so that meant that i had the service for only a week which they told me that it would be prorated.

The next billing came and i called to check so that my service will be finally cut off. They told me that they will turn it off but i still owe them money for the other three weeks. For the three weeks Nextel made it to where i could not make or receive phone calls and i told them that. They said that i still had to pay anyway. I told them that i should of just keep it on for that matter. I told them about the person that i had spoke to a few weeks ago about the proration and Nextel told me that they dont prorate bills. I told Nextel that if they prorate a bill when i turned my phone on then why can't they prorate it now, they refused. I asked to speak to a supervisor they refused saying no one was in. I kept calling and the same situatiion went on and on.

Now i keep receiving bills and now they are talking about reporting to a credit bureau. I dont need my credit to be destroyed because of something that i don't owe. Please Please Help. Nextel are Ripoffs and Nasty
