I purchased a 14 in one facial equitment looked great on line spoke with the owner and he led me to beleive that it was the very best machine out there it looks great however I have never been able to use. Purchased in nov I have called e-mailed them over and over my facial person has done the same all they say is the cd is on its way out of 14 units to use we can only use 2 I let them know that I was going to turn them in and have never heard from them again not by phone or e-mail PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY DONT STAND BY THERE PRODUCT OR WONT HELP YOU.
