This company makes hair replacement systems for women and men. Have been a customer since 1996. I had arrangement to pay 50.00 a month. Or more. Until it accumulated to 750.00. Then they would order the system and last payment was made when system was applied and cut into your real hair. Have bought about 5 systems. When i went to pay last 50.00, they told me they had ordered my new one. Had, nt heard from them for a while... Went in to the salon to buy product and the girl there said yes it should be in soon. When i could, nt get a hold of them. I found that they had closed up the shop without any notice and now i'm out 800.00. I had sensed something was wrong. But came to find out they had done this to others as well. Called the other store in Tampa and they gave me runaround. They recognized that the owner of the shop just up and left. No notices to anyone. So others were decieved as well and not just me. Im sure you have had others complain about this as well. The store in Tampa set up a phone number but they dont return calls... And now. It seems the TAmpa location wont answer as well. I would greatly appreciate if ya'll could get back to me and let me know if anything has been done yet, or, what i have to do to get re-embursed. The owners name is Ditta Daant... I dont understand how they are able to get away with this? It would be great if ya'll could get back to me. Thanks.
