Falsly terminated

I woke up at 5:45 in the morning to find that there was ice on the roads and i called the director of the daycare to let her no that i could come in on my own but it would be late or i could have my mother pick me up and bring me in on time. She then got nasty and smart with me and told me to just take the whole day off because she needed someone that was reliable and could drive there own self here. Well it should not matter who brings you as long as you get there on time i told her and then thats when she hung the phone up on me. I tried to call her back but she would not answer.

I have low profile tires on my car and i worked little hours there so could not afford regular tires so i previously asked her before we had opened back up for business if it would be a problem if i couldnt make it in or was late or had to get someone else to bring me in due to winter weather and she told me it would not be a problem because there was another employee who lived not even three mins from the daycare.

So if need be she could call her to come in so the day went on and i received a phone call from the director to come in for a meeting around four so i did thats when she made falsly accurations about me i was told i was being terminated because i always have my back turned to the kids, i acted like i didnt want to be there, when i was told to do something i gave her an attitude, i did not sit with the kids at meal times, i took to many smoke breaks in a four hour period, and i didnt properly teach the kids. Those are the lies she told!!!

First of all i was there for four hours a day and i took one break at 8:30 when another employee came in so i dont think one break in a four hour period is to much! And for the sitting with the children at meal times i was only there for breakfast and i did sit with them but for lunch and snack i wasnt there so i have no idea about who sits with them, and i was always laughing and had a smile on my face so to walk around like i dont want to be there i dont no where she seen that at. My back was turned to the kids one time and she mentioned it to me and i have not done it since.

Just to let you no she is not a good business runner because she talks about people behind there back and then comes and talks to you after she talks about you i think that is so wrong and by the way she is very rude cause if you are in her way she gets very nasty like one time she got mad cause another employee asked for a envelope when she was talking with another employee so she slammed the door on her fingers. Good thing she didnt hurt them bad cause that could have been a lawsuit waiting to happen and thank the lord that was not a childs finger.
