Can and should dcf or whatever they want to hide behind be allowed to lie and be caught on stand. Should they be allowed to threaten bio-family to return a child that they sent out of state to be taken care of there? And than lie about that person. I think dcf needs to look into why somone called the hotline and not just take it all at face value, like do they have a neighboor that might be mad at them or an ex?

I was a single mother trying to find out what was wrong with my son took him to doctors and even asked his daycare for help. But all was to no avail. Than i get dcf at my door telling me "they got a call" about my son. I had just broke up with my ex he wouldnt work nothing! He knew the only way he could hurt me was my lite aka (my child) he called everyday, came to the apartment building harrassing my landlord to the point they asked me to leave. He happened to be there one time when dcf came by and told the icp person that hes the one that made the calls and called every day still they did nothing they told me it was unfounded than next thing i know they go to my sons school and remove him. And i never got him back since! I have done what they wanted. They didnt hold to their end of a case plan but that was ok with the courts in osceola county.

My case worker has a vendeta against me not only told me but other family members that "SHE WILL SEE THAT ANY CHILD I EVER HAVE WILL BE TAKEN FROM ME" well i since got married had 2 more kids and she had them removed. I dont do drugs, drink, or are/were in trouble with the law ever. My two youngest are in foster care and call that person mommy i am scared for my youngest cause my oldest has been molested, starved beaten, mentaly and phyicaly abused while in there care. Medical care they are neglictful to my oldests needs and they contuine to get away with it in court. They dont try to help families THEY DESTROY FAMILIES!!! They break the bonds that parents have with their kids.

I think there should be a class action lawsuit against dcf if anyone knows how to get it going count me in and contact me ill bring ALL my paperwork and statements from others who had to deal with dcf in my case including dcf in another state where my child was sent to be with other family till the threating of them too. How on earth can they get away with hurting families like this? Dcf belives that they are above the law! I think they need to get knocked down off their high horse back to reality. Anyone willing to help with getting class action lawsuit or with my case PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!! Kids are at stake
