They claim it took them 30 min to go 8 miles and charged for an additional hour. Baton Rouge, Louisiana

We rented a Limo from this place for 3 hours. They start their time when the car leaves their lot and the clock runs until he gets back.

Our pick up and drop off location was only 8 miles from their lot and they claim it took the driver 25 mins to get to us (8 miles away) and then another 35 min to return to the lot.

This company is trying to charge me for an additional hour. This limo picked us up at 4:15 and droped us off at 6:35. With his lot only 8 miles away I would think that he left there at 4, but on his log he left there at 3:45.

If he left there at 3:45 he should have picked us up at 4 not 4:15. The same thing happened when he dropped us off.

I think this is a way for them to make money. Their drivers can write down whatever time he wants to. It is his word against all of us. I had over 30 people there when the limo dropped us off and can tell you what time it was. Also I had about 10 people there who can tell you what time he picked us up.
