I made reservations with Limo.com to rent a Limo for September 15 to attend my son's wedding. The Limo picked me up at 2:30 P.M., and took me to the church on or before 3:30P.M. My instructions to the driver was that I would be out of the church at 5:30 P.M., and I would then need a ride to the Hyatt Regency where the reception would be held about 2 exits away from the church. I rented the Limo for 4 hours from 2:30 P.M., to 6:30 P.M., At 5:30 P.M., I came out of the church to no Limo, me and my quest waited for at least 20 minutes before we called Limo.com and informed them that the Limo driver was no where to be found. They told me they were sorry and that they would take care of it. We waited until 6:15 P.M., and no Limo should up. Just imagine the grooms mother no where to be found how embrassed I was for my limo not to show up. I had to call one of the guest and asked them to pick me and the 5 elderly quest that rode with me to take us to the church. We had to make two trips to get them to the reception. At around 6:50 P.M., I was told that the Limo driver was outside of the reception, and I went out side and I asked him what happened and he told me he was in back of the church waiting. I asked him why was he not in front of the church waiting where i asked him to pick us up. He couldn't answer that. I also informed him that several quest of the wedding as they pulled off from the church told us they would look behind the church and cme back before they pulled off and told us that no Limo was there, but of course he was no where to be found. He had all of our things in the car. He told me he tried calling me, and I told him that he had my cell phone in my purse in the Limo. But then when i checked my phone he left a message at around 6:15 stating that he was behind the church. I told him he was suppose to pick me up in front of the church. He had the instructions from Limo.com and also my own instructions to pick me up in front of the church. One of the guest lamar rash spoke with him and the driver stated to him that if we told on him that he he would get fired. He offered to take us home after the wedding but I told him NO I didn't need a ride home I needed a ride to the reception. Limo.com has promsied several times to refund my money within 72 hrs. And the only money that I have recevied was the deposit money of $68.56. I telephoned Limo.com several times and I still have not received my money back.
