Had no steak knives for wedding reception steak dinne

Eception to start at 6pm still setting up at 530pm vacuuming aroung wedding cake. Dinner steak was told by sheraton they did not have enough steak knives for everyone we had to share them. Ran out of rum no sour mix either. No glasses for bridal party to drink their beer had to use champagne glasses.

1 tray of hordourves was given to about 140 guests by 540pm cocktail started at 5pm. Serving minors liquor was told sheraton would card we did not any minor served alcohol a sixteen year old got intoxicated by the bartender serving them. If you left your table for any reason and you still had food on your plate it was taken from you i'm the grooms mother and my food was removed i had cut one piece of steak and had one little potato got up for 5min when i got back to the table my plate was removed.

Now we have up to wednesday to accept 500 dollars and the brides parents get 500 dollars is what we should get for compenstion 12,000 dollars was the cost of this embaressment.
