Illegal operation or scam causing Chaos and Disscervice to the country San Diego California

Is Cricket Wireless a legitimate operation? I'm looking for others that have encountered issues similar to mine. The primary issue is with the text and voice service. The secondary is the extra fees they charge which you can't even find out why because you can't contact anybody. I won't address that now.

The service issue is my major concern.

They charge for text, voice, e-mail but they are not reliable. It would be ok if they just didn't work sometimes but you don't know when they do or they do not.

Imagine you are waiting for an important call and you get no log of missed calls and no ring. Imagine sending a text then waiting for a reply. Then you get a message from your original recipient a few days later and they say why didn't you text me back. Then you reply and they don't get that either. Then you end up arguing about who is ignoring who.

These issues exist in 100% coverage areas.

I suspect Cricket is running a bare bones company and they should clearly market that any call you make, text you send — any call you hope to get, or text response you are looking for — might or might not happen. That is not communication and I now know causes much misunderstanding among many Cricket Wireless users.

This one is Newsworthy and I am ready for the press and can also discuss the technical/business reasons why they are likely unable to provide this service but more than willing to promote it. It's like promoting a dentist that pulls the right tooth sometimes. C'mon, this has to stop! Help me here. I've been a customer 1 month and it has seriously impacted my life because of misunderstanding in business and personal relationships. When you send a message you expect to be told if it doesn't get there. Even the post office can still do that.

Kindly reply to this if you have had similar unexplainable experiences where you don't get a reply or somebody said they texted you and you never got it. I have proven a very large flaw with Cricket and want others to know they can't rely on any type of message being sent or received or notification of success or failure. That's serious. That makes the system not only useless but malicious!
