Sent home without pay after injury on the jo

I was sent home on 9-10 without pay after I was hurt on the job. I was froced to take all of my time that was bulit up. That was only a week of pay, I had to go to other places just to get food. Wal-Mart did nothing to help me.

I was off from 9-10-02 till 1-20. Went back to work with light duty. My family, friends, and Church help me to keep my truck and house. I worked from 1-20 till 4-22 that is when wal-mart changed my job duties. I was not able to do what they wanted and had to go home again without pay.

I had to get a lawyer to get paid. He got the money for the 4-22 till now but nothing has been sent for the 9-10-07 till 1-20. When you get hurt at work at wal-mart they do nothing to help you they act like you are just a big problem.

I had the injury in 7-07 and today is 1-31 ad they have not even callled to see how things are going, have not offered any help with food.
I applied for the workers assicents progam 4 times and each time I was turned down, no reason has ever been given. I still am trying to get the pay from 2007
