We purchased our 2003 Aljo travel trailed from this company in 2003. It had a two year warranty from the manufacturer. Just before the warranty ended, we took our vehicle for final repairs - we had a two page list of problems including interior deterioration, wiring problems, the main bolt to hold the frame to the trailer had fallen out, continual flat tire problems.
The dealer fixed it, but not happy to do so as we were firm about the repair problems. Subsequently, we had an accident and needed exterior repairs - they appraised it, but advised our insurance adjustor and my wife, that they will no longer allow us to bring our vehicle to them for service. They are doing this as we believe we purchased a lemon vehicle and they are not upholding their part to provide service with no justification.
