Ripoff sold me a true lemon and refused to replace vehicle the business that doesnt give a dam

Miscellaneous

In September, I purchased a brand new Kia Optima from Nationwide Kia. Within less than a year, I have taken the car back in for repairs at least 12 times (same problems-Check Engine light, car hard to start, etc.) I took it (as instructed) to a certified Kia Dealership closest to where I live—they only put a bandaid on because the problems still exist.

After the 7th or 8th occurrance, I reported the trouble to Kia of America. They sent me a letter back stating that their collegues (Kia of Glen Burnie) said they had repaired the vehicle, so they did not have to replace the vehicle. Since that time, I have taken the car back 4 times for the same problems. All they do is put a part on it (probably something that is not needed), and say that it is fixed.

I am still having the same problems. I have to take time off from work to try to resolve this issue. Oh yes, they give me a loaner vehicle, however, I have to replace the gas in the loaner (which I have no problem with) The proble is that they never replace the gas or miles used on my vehicle. I have been treated unfairly. I would not advise anybody to purchase from Kia because they do not stand behind their product.

I think they are only stalling until the warranty expires, so that I will be liable for any repairs. Apparently this car cannot be repairable. What does it take to get some sort of resolution? Is there any justice?
