I paid for a ring on December 30 and it is now jan. 28 and i have not received my merchandise. I have called several times but have gottten no answer, or response to my voicemails.

I have also left several messages through the online contact me form, as well as sever e-mails directly from my personal e-mail, asking for a delivery confirmation to track my package.

30 days is a really long time to not receive what you have paid for, im an online shopper and i have ordered from china and gotten it faster than this.

I recently learned that my friend was also ripped off from this online company.
