I never recieved merchandise paid for

I bought a ring from the website 7/18/08 and even paid the extra $9.95 for it to be shipped priority mail of 2-3 days. I checked online to see the status and it shows it was sent monday 7/21/08, but the tracking number on the website is one USPS has never heard of. Here it is Sat 7/26 and I still have recieved nothing, no tracking number. I have called and left 2 messages a day on the voicemails since they never answer the phones.

I have left a multiple of emails and gotten no responses either. Now I checked on BBB and this website and feel like I just got ripped off. Now today when I checked the online status of my order, it says pending. I don't know how this company sleeps at night ripping people off like this, they shouldn't be allowed to do business andf something further needs to be done.
