Country stiches ripped me off in Michigan

I purchased a serger at country stitches on 11-15-04 and I was promised that I would get back 100% of my money, if I followed all the directions on the rebate form. I did every thing I was told to do, I sent in the paper work in on 11-15-04 and I recieved the confermation card back on 11-20-04. Then I waited the 35 months and sent in the info they wanted by certified mail on 10-30-07. Ronald K. Gooding signed the card on 11-09-07. Still have not recieved any info on my rebate as of 1-26-09. I need help getting my money back.
