Hired to create an invitaiton for a high profile event. Gave clear direction that it needed to be future directed with images about the future of education. He returned an old fashioned desk photo and an apple. When asked to come up with something different, wanted us to choose the image from stock photos.
Refused to provide more than one direction. When project was late, he complained about the price he quoted, complained he had other more important work to do. Refused to give refund, refused to take direction. He acted defiant and stubborn saying that it would have been on time if we hadn't changed it according to our tastes.
No creativity, no listening skill, no collaboration, no work ethic.
