Credit Services - Financial Protection Center, Charged me voiding the contract and does not respond to my request for cancellation

A representative from Financial Protection Center contacted me few days back and offered me to reduce the APR on my credit cards and kind of sold me this package stating that they would only take the money after they receive my credit card debts and come up with an analysis.

The agent who talked to me clearly stated that I would not be charged until I return the package they sent me for doing the analysis. I called back in 12 hours and asked for them to cancel the service (No service could be claimed until they get my response). The rep who answered the phone said that a quality assurance person would get back to me and I gave them my cell number and office number to be contacted. I clearly said I wanted that service to be canceled and the rep assured me that they will call back. Someone called my home number while I was away that day and left a message to get back.

I have called several times this week and they would never call me back at the number I provided to be contacted at. I suspected that this is an attempt for identity theft and canceled the card I provided them and I am awaiting the call from their Quality person. Neither have I received any package nor have I returned any either but they already charged my credit card right before I could cancel it. What can be done to stop them from stealing my money? They have charged me 1995.00. I am also planning to initiate a fraud alert on all three Credit bureaus as well.

I have disputed this charge with my credit card company. They have charged me under the name of Credit Serv. What should be the next step to stop them from stealing my money and proceed to report this scam?
