Refuses to refund Processing fee within 7 day "recission period"

I was contacted by Financial Protection Center to lower my interest rates on my credit cards. After negoitations began they would assess a 1,295.00 processing fee. That was not the case they charge my credit card the next day.

When I called to cancel this service they said someone would call me back within 15 minutes. NO return calls after repeated attempts. Began to dispute charges with my Credit Card company in less than a week. Under investigation at this time.
