Commercial Not Regulated and Abused Brunswick

Please consider another provider other then Verizon for your stores. Due to NO regulations in place and no government control, Verizon has taken advantage of all misleading practices. This includes overcharges with no reimbursement. I soon found there is no way to correct the problems due to Verizon's poor Customer Service Reps with no training.

As a small store owner I paid monthly payments due. There was no way to get a zero balance with excuses from Verizon of 3 seperate contracts. Why on earth would I take out a one year, two year and a three year contract for phone and internet service for a small candy shop.

The last notice received was a cut off notice and demand payment in full, Verizon will be turning the store in to collections 12. The letter further stated they have been trying to contact me by phone since 9.

What phone? Verizon shut the store down in September when the overcharges amounted to $500 in demands. This new notice received states $986 now due.
"Good-luck Verizon" I chose another provider with correct billing statements, A Customer Service dept trained, Fast Internet as promised. The new provider gave free TV and Internet protection. The new provider knew about the problems which are repeated through out Maryland.

Verizon chose to ruin my small candy stores credit, they caused loss of profits for several months. I have chosen to persuade Commericial accounts to switch, let's see who wins. "Word of Mouth, I posted the paid internet invoice vs/the verizon overkill inside the store"
