Indicated 750 free minutes but only gives you 500

I signed up for the basic plan in December. Although I had some technical difficulties, I needed more minutes and upgraded to "silver plan". However instead of getting the 750 minutes as advertised on their website, I only received 500 minutes.?? After calling and emailing support, they are sticking to this answer (see below). Keep in mind, when I upgraded nothing said 500 minutes.

In addition when you add minutes it takes about 30 minutes to show on your account and you do not get any indication that the minutes has been added, which is important given the problems I have with the website.instead of giving credit for one of the minute purchased because I hit submit twice, I get billed twice.
