They tell you on tv that you can buy a minute card for $20.00 that gives you 750 extra minutes plus 1000 text messages they dont tell you that they're gonna take your minutes

My husband had a heart attack in july he has an assurance wireless phone i seen on tv that you can buy a $20.00 minute pack card and that would give you 750 extra minutes and when they add their minutes that gives you 1000 minutes so when i got his ssi check on the 30th of december i bought a $20.00 card and put it on his phone and then when they added his 250 minutes they took the 750 minutes away that i just put on his phone i put the minutes on there so that he wood have plenty of minutes on his phone to call me when ever he needed to they took his $20.00 the extra minute thing is a rip off
