The customer was concerned about the placement of fence panels once delivered. This was established prior to delivery and is evident in emails sent to Grant Robertson. This concern was not followed-up by the ClassPetShop leading to a further dispute between the freight company (s) and the customer.

On 31 Dec the customer received contrary delivery information from UPS Freight and Jewett Cameron Lumber Trading. The freight company (s) paraphrased an Interstate Commerce Commission directive to include responsibility of order only to the rear of the delivery vehicle. They expected my assistance with the order and if deemed undeliverable, they would leave, until I or someone at my residence assisted with the delivery. Furthermore, if the freight company (s) returned with freight company assistance, it would cost me extra because I was expected to assist.

I wrote/sent a formal complaint memorandum against the freight company (s) for extremely poor service by their unwillingness to address customer concerns and their non-committal stance against proper resolve; They expected customer assistance to assist with delivery-unacceptable. It is understood that this procedure is outlined in the Shipping policy on the website He will then hand the panels down to you one at a time. The free shipping policy is completely misleading because it appears to be a carrier service. I have requested an investigation into this matter. I have demanded follow-up to the matter as it will affect my status as a returning customer. The ClassyPetShop has not followed-on on my formal complaint.
