The Klein Exchange
A ripoff!

I have been trying for a month to get a response from this company. I sent in $5000.00 worth of gold to be refined. I cannot get a response from anyone representing The Klein Exchange. I call several times day and in the evenings to all numbers that I have, including cell phones to Robert Waldenberger and his son.

The voicemail is constantly full so you cannot leave a message. The email address is non-deliverable, the fax line will not answer. The address in Chino Hills is nothing but a mail pick-up drop. The address at 3233 Grand Ave. Is bogus. The man is outsourcing his pickups to another legitimate gold refiner. Any info regarding this individual is appreciated.
