Mr. Waldenberger of The Klein Exchange and Aurum Technology is a rip off. We had to get a lawyer and contact the police in Chino Hills.
We have been in the lab business for over 35 years and know what our scrap was worth. We did get a copy of what Mr. Waldenberger said we sent. 1/2 our metal was not listed! When we mailed it the box was 11 pounds of nothing but dust, flash, and copings. This was worth about 20,000 at the market price on June 30th when we were to receive our payment. We have had contact from about 17 labs and 1 doctor that has not been paid or got a very small return. We mailed our scrap in May and got a check 02/17/09 for the amount of 6,000.

Do not use this company, Labs work to hard to be ripped off by some one that is only a middle man. Mr. Waldenberger told us he did the refining. It is sad the Robert Waldenberger has taken the name of a wonderful business man Mr. John Klein and ran his name into the ground.
