Bought a Staples-manufacturer microcut shredder (having a five-yr cutter warranty) for $189.99 duty from Basics in late May
Shredder cutter ceased employed in December after really light-use (just emptied container once)
Staples declined to respect warranty; provided a $14.50 credit toward purchase of the fresh one for $189.99 today for sale for $99.99, but no credit if bought at purchase value.
