Bought a printer for $300 and within thirty days it continued purchase for $150. Named and asked about obtaining a credit and informed just within 2 weeks. Personally I think this really is terrible customer support and that I WOn't store at basics again. After I stated I had been likely to contact corporate workplace they stated simply go right ahead and hung-up on me.
