I have done everything I can to get these people to follow their program as contracted. I started in July paid off in Aug. I received everything but my printer and rebate. Every time I call they tell me the same thing, which has now brought me to date.
I plan to do a small claims against them, however they don't seem concerned, because they have not returned any of my calls or e-mails. I will start with a registered letter and see if I get any where.
What I don't understand is how these people stay in business with so many complaints, and more, that they are allowed to stay in business. Until everyone is paid back one way or another, they should be fined for each one.
