False promises of goods that are not recevied, rebate vouchers have not received. Richmond Virginia

Purchased a gateway computor from blue hippo payments were due to be $82.00 every two weeks drafted from my bank account they took out the 82.00 plus $9.00 for doing a bank draft. Now it has been paid for over 7 months I have called to find out where my free printer, free flat screen TV plus $300.00 rebate check is have not received neither. Was told they would need to get approval from management. Called back was told that it was approved and was being sent still have not received either item. The computor I did receive but have had a lot of problems with it. So far I have to purchase a new key board. Now my sound has gone out. Its not worth the price of 1,200 plus taxes and shipping and drafting cost save your money up and go else where to get a computor stay away from Blue Hippo
