Ripped Off - Got credit but no rebate or free printer 1 year after balance was paid in full!

The first payment was taken out of my account in April! The balance was finally paid in June. During this whole process I had to call this company over 100 times throughout the duration of my account to request. As of March! I have yet to receive a phone call to let me know when I will get my rebate and free printer. There is no number you can call to reach anyone who has ANY idea of what is going on.

My husband and I were trying to rebuild our credit and $2,410.96 poorer for the purchase of this computer that is outdated and very slow.in addition, they did not give me the software package that I ordered either.

I am so upset over all of these phone calls to people that do not have a clue that they are working for THEIFS! They keep assuring you that something will be done, but as of March I have still not received not ONE phone call, email or letter stating that I will get my free printer or my $900.00 rebate! This is truely a scam to buke the average consumer that works from paycheck to paycheck. They reel you in by telling you that you will rebuild your credit and get wonderful free gifts. If you look at the final purchase price I had to pay, I do not look at it as a "free gift" I look at it as if I already paid for it.

Come on there are no cumputer packages that cost $2400.00! I could have gotten a really nice computer, printer package that would not have caused me half the money or the grief! I really hope this will jump start some kind of process that allows the consumers that have paid all of their money (on time EVERY payment) to get some kind of satisfaction. I will never reccomend Blue Hippo to anyone. I will however tell anyone about the shady practice of this company.
