Ripped off - won't return my money Ripoff internet

I bought a purse on Ebay which was advertised as authentic. Paid $335 for the item. Received the purse and immediately knew it was a fraud. Took the purse to an authorized dealership and got written confirmation that the purse was a fake. I requested my money refunded. PayPal did a refund. They wanted documentation that the purse had been returned. I sent the purse back regular mail, not certified. Seller said she never received the purse. Two months later, 50 phone calls or more, $40 in fax fees and postage, after filing mail fraud charges, filing a complaint with paypal and with my credit card company did the seller admit she had received the purse. Now after complying with all the requests from PayPal and my credit card company they refuse to refund the money because the seller says the purse was damaged.

Let me ask you this... She sells fraudulent merchandise, ebay and paypal does nothing about it. She lies about ever receiving the merchandise, paypal says prove that she did... I did, she acknowledges she lied, paypal takes her side. She says the purse was damaged. I never used the purse. Why would I go thru all this aggrevation, extra cost and time to get my money back, and return an item that I destroyed expecting to get my money back.

PayPal choose the side with the liers. I want justice.
