About Attitude I never recieved my purse! It was purchased with a credit card through Paypal. No return emails or calls were made from aboutattitude

I purchased a purse from about attitude for $%. I thought that it was a great buy give the fact that People magazine featured them in a " Get this Look" column. I purchased the purse from the aboutattitude site using PayPal. I hadn't used paypal in a while but they offered it and I knew they had my correct credit card number. After the purchase was confirmed, I went straight to paypal to make sure that the rest of my info was current. Paypal still had my last address. So immediately changed that info and emailed about attitude.

I received a email from kim@aboutattitude stating that they had received the change and my purse would be delivered to the correct address.

Then 2 weeks rolled by and still no purse. During them two weeks I tried to see what the hold up was, beginning after the first 4 days. No return emails nor return calls by the 15th day.

I placed a claim with paypal. Within 22 hrs my claim had been closed and my money was to be refunded.

No Refund. No apology or anything. A simple email to say that the purse was no longer in stock or something, anything would have been nice. My time is more important than money. Anyone that has every had to wait on a delivery knows how time consuming it can be. Then I find out that it will take another 30days for paypal to credit my acct. Aboutattitude has a bad attitude.
