I put an internet purchase on Oct. 2., I believed family-owned organization, near to house, excellent. I subsequently recognized organization stated outfit was back ordered on purchase verification, and so I appeared elsewhere, and discovered it for $30 less, in-stock, and so I requested. I subsequently sent mail almost instantly eliminating my order from Moon Outfits, they responded and stated they'd instantly stop my purchase. Within 2 times, my CC was charged plus they delivered. I sent back and stated purchase was ended and delivery was against my desires. They claimed they believed I had been simply eliminating outfit, but desired the 4 components, so that they delivered them, along side costume they discovered was in-stock in the end. I mentioned no, I ended, they stated "well, create 'declined' on-package and we shall return your cash." I instantly delivered it back, waited three months, nothing. I attempted to contact, these werenot addressing the telephone. I eventually said I'd document a and PayPal state, they'd taken $92.00 from me. No mail reply, and so I named and lastly they responded, and stated I sent mail plus they were focusing on it. That evening they returned $62.00, and it also charge me $2.35 in PayPal charges.in the end I experienced, they created me pay delivery along with a 15% "restock" charge. I sent and stated it was bad customer support, they'd been unethical about eliminating the purchase, which wasn't right. They declined to react. Certainly the wost, many unprofessional, and honestly shady organization I've handled, and would not conduct business with these folks again.
