Worst service eve

I requested the product the Dyson DC15 Animal to get a Holiday present for my Fiance. I received it about 14 days before holiday, she popped it on christmas and was so pleased... That day-we blocked it directly into utilize it and nothing DOESN'T PERFORM!!! I named ECOST and that I got the run-around and was informed that because it was a remanufactured product they just might protect it for 2 weeks in the cargo day, next it's the makes issue. No-where under this product made it happen state REMANUFACTURED it claims Manufature Recertified. Whats which means that? While about the telephone with Ecost he explained to goto there site press this, press that and heavy in a number of websites under there HELP-DESK it claims Unique return policy for refurbished products 14 days, my paper-work I acquired with this product claims return policy of 30 days... Long story short I acquired the base and am today out $300 for anything having a 6-month warrenty and doesn't function. I really could have purchased it completely new in a nearby shop for $500 and might have gotten a-5 year manufacturer warrenty... And after overlooking the website again and taking a look at them I bought, I observe each one of these images and items which includes the DC15, Well you know what... NO!!! In tiny printing in the very, very base of the record it states: Refurbished products don't include accessories. Just how can they not include it, these accessories are why is this the Dyson animal. Could be like obtaining this product and stating wire offered seperatly. DON'T USE THIS WEBSITE! DONT EVEN LOOK IT UP THEY'LL enable you to get and therefore are doing only getting americans hard earned cash and don't worry about you so long as that cost opens the financial institution...
