False advertising Centurion internet

The store (Mr Price Home) have been advertising free delivery on goods worth R1000.00 in a 50km Radius valid till the 5th January
We went to the store on the 2nd of January and purchased goods worth R2000.00 and we got it delivered today on the 3rd of january
We live just less than 10km for the store and they charged us for the delivery and now are comming up with excuses so they dont have to pay us the money back
They 1st said we needed to be 50km or less away from the store - We are. Then they said we needed to spend R1000.00 - We spent R2000.00
It's all rubbish we met the requirments of their special and the company just refuses to live up to what they advertise!
