Poor customer service

I bought a full size mattress set and paid for it in full the same day of March 5. I paid $39.00 for a delivery fee. Randy set upthe day of delivery for Friday March 6, while I was still in thestore. March 6, I finally call the store and they have no recordthat Randy set up a delivery day or time. So once again I setup a new date for March 10. So I call the store today andonce again no on set up a delivery date or time. So now I haveto set up a new date and time... Had I spent $1500.00 insteatof $500.00, I bet I would not have been treated this rudely. I willnever recommend this company to my friends.
