Purchased and undelivered refurbished laptop

I purchased a refurbished laptop Oct 14th we returned home to Hamilton, Ontario Canada Oct 17th. They informed us that they would have the laptop delivered to us in Canada withing 2 to 3 weeks, John was the salesman we purchased from. We started calling the store by the end of October and spoke to John once. He informed us that it was on the way. It never came. We have called this store 12 times and tried to get the delivery service name and the tracking number. Nobody who answered the phone could give it to us. One person whom I did not get the name of told me that it had been delivered. I contacted the Canada Customs and was informed that they do not recieve purchases from the Unided States anymore. The delivivery service takes care of everything. I called the store back on Dec 4th A young man named Robert informed me that the laptop had been damaged and that he would send me a new one Monday the 7th of Dec phone me, with the delivery service and the tracking number. He never phoned. I phoned Dec 10th and spoke to Mark who informed me that he was the only person in the store and once again informed me that someone would get back to me. Nobody did. I have reported this to the BBB of Myrtel Beach. It feels like a scam to me that is being used on persons from out of the country. They get our money and we get nothing.
