Kicks And Clothes, Kickz And Gear Kicks and Clothes... They claim to be legitimate, yet nobody has received their products!

On December 8 I ordered my fiance a pair of shoes of for Christmas. The money was taken from the credit card instantly, including the $15 in shipping and handling. That same day I received an email confirmation. Well, days go by and STILL no shoes. On December 16 I receive an email stating that my shoes have been shipped, but there is no tracking number.

Now, as of today, December 30... There are still no shoes here! See, I order ALOT of stuff online with Ebay, Amazon, etc. I even order from companies overseas, and all of these companies have managed to get my product to me with no problems at all.

So, now I feel like I just got scammed along with the others who have complained on this company. On this website I read a few other reports from consumers just like me who are having the exact same problem with this company.

The company filed a rebutal against one of the consumers that posted, and said "we wish you would of handled with us before writing this nasty report." Well, I have sent SEVERAL emails from different email accounts and nobody has responded. I have called and left voicemail everyday for weeks and once again, nobody has returned my call.

If this company would of responded to me or even gave me a tracking number to prove that my product has been sent, then I would not be writing this report. That is all I asked for. If alot of people went in together to get a lawsuit... We would have one. So far, I am seeing several on this website. I don't want to be nasty about it, but I either want my shoes or my money ASAP... It's been too many weeks and as I said, not ONE emlpoyee has even contacted me.

Everyone be careful... Because if this IS a real company I have not seen any customer service skills, no call back or emails, and of course NO SHOES! However, my money was taken the same day, amazing huh?
