Ripoff i ordered shoes over a year ago, and have not received them yet internet i

I ordered a pair of shoes for my daughter over a year ago, and have not received them. The 79.00 was taken out of my account and no shoes have been shipped. I have sent several emails and phone calls, but have not heard back from anyone. This is truly unfair that a web site can do this and get away with it.
