Defective ink leaks no refund

Bad ink it leaks out. Ordered black ink and 2 was defective and leaked out. No customer service. They're aware of the problem but don't resolve. After 60days there's no refund but it may take that long to discover ink is defective if you don't print often. Don't purchase from megatoners.com
