MegaToners.com Deceptive advertising, lousy customer service, company will not honer warantee, RIPPOFF

Order #147352 Midlothian, VA 23112 Date of communication 1/6/10 Email: zapatabill7, MegaToners.com Mega Office Inc. 63 Flushing Avenue, Unit 100 Brooklyn, New York 11205 1/26/10 Mr. Or Madam President, I purchased 3 black toners PG 50 and 1 color CL 51 cartridges from your company about 3 weeks ago and feel as though I was ripped off. According to your advertising the black cartridges are suppose to print about 500 pages. After using the 2cd cartridge in about 2-3 weeks and only printing about 250 standard pages I have no other recourse but to file a complaint with the BBB and www.rippedoff.com letting other people know your product is horrible and your advertising is misleading. I contacted your CS dept and in an email was told it depends upon what I print and about is acceptable. I asked your CS person to exchange 1 as defective but it is now 2 and most probably all 3 that I purchased. I guess I was only a customer or client but why does a company like your advertise 500 PGs and not the 250?? Would other people buy from a company like yours if we knew you are using misleading advertising? Why does your company guarantee its products and yet you do not honor the guarantee?
