Unauthorized info text alert $9.99 on phone bill... I Cannot Find Any Informatoin About This Company

Like the two reports I've read on this web site this company has somehow put a charge on my phone bill... T Mobile has agreed to credit my account, thankfully... T Mobile gave me a phone number. 1-866-895-8697.. To call to have the unauthorized service removed. The number told me to go to web address cancelalerts.com. This site had me enter my phone #. I did. They have no record of an account for my phone number... So I did that 5 times just to be sure, to no avail... Any info to stop this company would be great.
