Unauthorized $9.99 charge to cell phone bill, can't find contact info internet

For the past two months I have received a charge for $9.99 on my cell phone bill from a company called Cylon LLC. The info on my bill says Cylon LLC: Alerts - Info Text Alert-alt. I have tried looking up this company in an attempt to get my money back, interestingly enough, my text messages have stopped. The only place I could find linked to this place is Ultimate Game Cheats? I'm 41 years old so I wouldn't need the service. I tried using the email addresses that I found but they kept getting kicked back to me. I had four charges on my bill last month all at the same time, all for $9.99. I was furious! Besides Cylon LLC, I also had Predicto Mobile, Play Phone Inc and Versally (slim lizard). I got my accounts cancelled and got refunds from the last three, but nothing from the Cylon because I can't get a hold of them. I have found out that these companies can send you a text message and all you have to do is look at the message and they bill you, that's all there is to it. One company said I must have gone on-line and entered some pin number? I mentioned to that person, do you see any activity on my account at all? He folded and I got my money back. This Cylon LLC must have their actual internet information really buried in order not to find it. I hope that someone has and can give me that information. These types of companies apparently go right up to the edge of breaking the law, they just don't cross that thin line into actually breaking it. I don't have the answers to stopping these guys and I don't think the BBB is going to help. I don't think they have much control over internet content.
