I had an unauthorized $9.99 charge for '38146 Info Text Alert' show up on my last cell phone bill. I just wanted to add mine to the growing list of rip-offs by Cylon, LLC. I plan to talk with my cell phone company and to try the phone number for Cylon that was previously posted.
