Poor quality and not like advertised

I obtained like a present, blossoms in Sept which were requested from 1800Flowers and also the situation and quality of the blossoms were really substandard, & most died within 3 times of getting despite the fact that they'd the necessary watering and interior heat. Then simply 4 nights before I obtained a Holiday present, again from 1800flowers, Martha Stewart selection, a gift of lilies in a gold container. The picture within their ad and online search excellent. Nevertheless, what I obtained was revealing as well as in 4 times are wilted, despite the fact that looked after precisely. There have been just 3 stalks of lilies within the big container, and also the complete decoration appears nothing beats the picture within their brochure and had broken limbs. I'm harmful to the gift-giver investing a large amount of cash and 1800flowers delivering the receiver such low quality plants. Save your valuable cash and contact the individual and let them know you like them or remove them for lunch. 1800flowers is just a ripoff.
