Stauer is a rip off, Beware! Dont trust people you dont even know

This company likes to gain money for crap they sell. I recently purchased a watch from this company and when i received it, it was not even working! The leather band that came with it was torn, and while trying to adjust the watch, noticed that the entire watch all together wasnt' even working... And this was an automatic watch that they claimed, "works by the movement of your wrist". What a bunch of bull.

Since I had 30 days to returned it, i returned it, and had to pay shipping and handling—that wasnt so bad until I found out two weeks later that they never received it. From my end, they DID receive it because I had a tracking number from post office. When i called and explained to the rep that the watch was returned to the company, she threw a hifty fit and hung up on me!

So i called back and spoke to a manager and he said there is nothing we can do about it until we actually see it in the warehouse. What a bunch of bolony—i had the statement saying it was received from the post office and they're claiming they never got it? Give me a break—i demanded a refund and they are claiming they actually have to see the item in the box from delivery—what a bunch of crock!

Finally, after waiting four long weeks, i noticed a return on my credit card for the amount of the watch. FOUR LONG WEEKS after returning what, a piece of junk type watch that you would find in a toy cage. Never will i do business with this company again, and if you do, beware what you buy—they also sell lousy jewerly and other worthless junk that aren't even the price you pay. Be aware!
