Attention All Cruisers OR Potential Customers of Diamonds International. Before you pay in full be advised No refunds are given when you buy from ANY D.I. Store!!! Ther are no signs posted, salespeople will not tell you, this policy is listed in faint print on the back of your reciept. BUT you ony recieve the reciept AFTER you pay in full!!! Then it is TOO LATE!!! Be fair warned!!! I have been in this battle with D.I. Since 12-03-08. My wifes ear lobes bled and were swolen after wearing a pair of $3200 Crown Of Light earings. We are trying to have setting replaced with platinum, at Supervisor Bella sugestion, she advised after this request "we must contact vendor to see if it can be done" It was here idea, she also told me it was done for another person. PLEASE be aware of the no refud policy at ALL D.I. Stores!!!
